Composition of the 6 balms
1. Peaceful Sleep
This Peaceful Sleep massage balm promotes sleep thanks to its composition of Lavender, Petit Grain, and Patchouli essential oils. Its fruity and fresh scent positively stimulates the mind, aids relaxation, and prepares for peaceful sleep.
How to apply:
At bedtime, establish a daily ritual away from screens. Reading, writing, meditation, conscious breathing, yoga... Integrate into this ritual, light massages on strategic areas with the Peaceful Sleep Owl Balm.
Take a small amount of balm with your fingertips and gently massage the energetic points of your body: temples, ears, under the nose, neck, wrists (at the base of your palm). Finally, apply a small amount of balm to the solar plexus (an area that concentrates tension). Massage for a few seconds in clockwise circles.
Relax.

2. Soothing Bites
This balm soothes itching caused by insect bites (mosquitoes, spiders, wasps) and other skin irritations (nettles, hives, etc.). Calendula and St. John's Wort macerates regenerate and soothe. Calophyllum oil has anti-inflammatory properties that quickly calm irritation.
This balm is ideal for application on a small area due to its essential oil content. Unlike the Gardener's Balm, which is less rich in essential oils and intended for use on larger areas. The Gardener's Balm soothes itching and regenerates the skin following reactions due to contact with plants.
How to apply:
Apply a small amount of balm to the bitten area in circular motions without pressure. Repeat 2 to 3 times a day.
Do not use on children under 7 years old or pregnant women. Do not apply to an open wound.

3. Bumps & Bruises Balm
This Arnica balm combines vegetable and essential oils known for their soothing, decongestant, and stimulating properties. It helps relieve bruises, bumps, and localized tension, while leaving the skin protected and revitalized.
How to apply:
Apply a small amount of balm with light circular massages to the painful area until fully absorbed. Repeat application several times a day if necessary.
Do not use on children under 7 years old or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not apply to an open wound.

4. Tranquil Winter
This balm with a fresh and invigorating scent can be used at the first signs of cold weather. It helps to cope with minor winter ailments such as stuffy nose, cough, and common cold. The combination of Eucalyptus, Pine, and Fir essential oils helps to refresh and decongest the upper respiratory tract. Mint, Cajeput, and Niaouli have toning and antiseptic properties. Rosemary essential oil is known for its antioxidant action, notably thanks to its flavonoids and rosmarinic acid. Rosemary helps strengthen the body and helps one feel more energetic.
How to apply:
Massage a pea-sized amount of balm onto 3 areas of the body: the chest, throat, and under the nose several times a day. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 7 years old due to the presence of essential oils. Do not apply to an open wound.

5. Muscle Vitality
This balm enriched with plant extracts is used before sport or any muscular effort to best prepare the muscles, and after effort to relax and relieve sore muscles. Arnica and Helichrysum extract reduce the discomfort of tired muscles. The essential oils of Camphor, Balsam Fir, and Rosemary have a stimulating effect, thus activating muscle preparation and recovery. Juniper berry and Mandarin oil are present to calm pain.
How to apply:
Apply a small amount of balm to muscles and sore areas with light, gentle massages in the direction of the muscle, always towards the heart, until fully absorbed. Repeat application several times a day if necessary. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 7 years old due to the presence of essential oils. 6. Foot Care
This balm is concentrated in active natural ingredients; it refreshes, soothes, relieves, nourishes, and repairs sensitive, damaged, or hot feet. The synergy of essential and virgin oils purifies and rebalances foot comfort. This balm provides a sensation of freshness, relaxation, and lightness after intensely soliciting the feet. Peppermint essential oil has refreshing and deodorizing benefits. Its action is reinforced by the presence of Tea Tree, which helps to decongest and tone tired feet.
How to apply:
Take a pea-sized amount of balm and massage the feet, moving from the toes up to the ankle. Apply pressure points on the arch and heel.
Usage tip: Preferably use in the evening before bed so that body heat increases the effect of essential oils and more easily releases active molecules.
